The seizure of the ownership stake of one of RTL Hungary’s key companies, RTL Services Kft., has now been published in the Official Gazette, Media1 has learned. The company court registration of the seizure, which had previously been ordered by a judicial enforcement officer, has now been officially published by the Budapest Metropolitan Court. The enforcement concerns the 100 percent ownership stake held by Luxembourg-based CLT-UFA S.A. in RTL Services Kft., with an estimated value of HUF 7.59 billion. If the debtor fails to pay, the ownership stake could soon even be put up for auction.
